Gerald R. McClain, Vice President of Streaming Technologies, heads up the development of streaming services, Internet instruction, and other multimedia tools.  He also researches emerging technologies and software that impact instruction in distance education.  In September 1998, McClain received certification as a Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS), signifying his proficiency in the world’s leading desktop computing office suite. He is also a Certified Distance Learning Instructor.  McClain has been a key member of the company team that has designed, developed, delivered, and managed a number of web-based programs that provide education and training for a variety of business, educational, and governmental clients. McClain served as Associate Professor and Head of Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineering Technology at Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK. McClain holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Technology and a M.S. in Technical Education from Oklahoma State University, and has written numerous textbooks on technical drawing, mechanical drafting, electronic drafting, and engineering design graphics with CAD.
