    Lorne A. Parker, Ph.D., is Chairman and Founder of Teletraining Systems, Inc. and is recognized as a leading authority on teleconferencing and distance education in the United States and abroad. Lorne is well-known for his work in the teleconferencing industry and is a pioneer and visionary when it comes to creative and innovative applications for distance education.     Alice Parker is Vice President and co-founder of the Teletraining Institute. She teaches modules on graphics, teletechniques, and instructional design. Her distance educational career spans more than 20 years with a diversity of experience in teletraining and course development, user training and professional development, and network management. Alice's responsibility is for the overall operations of the business and new course development.
